Storm in May drew the first post for Saturday's 133rd running of the Grade 1 kentucky Derby, choosing post number four. Sedgefield will take off from the rail, with undefeated Curlin in the two-hole beside stablemate Zanjero. 2006 Breeders Cup Juvenile champ Street Sense chose to keep company next to Hard Spun, the winner of five from six starts, who took the winning post of last year's winner, Barbaro, number eight. Last year's winning jockey, Edgar Prado will take Scat Daddy from post 14, for trainer Todd Pletcher, who has five horses entered. Pletcher's number-one, John Velazquez is running Louisiana Derby Winner Circular Quay from post 16. Blue Grass Stakes winner Dominican would be last to get a gate, left with post 19, and Great Hunter to his outside in the full field of 20 three-year-old colts.
Kentucky Derby coverage at Churchill Downs begins at 5:00 PM Eastern on NBC.

A special Derby-themed half-hour Access Hollywood is being called the official start of NBC's Derby coverage at 4:30 PM Eastern, but seriously, who is putting down Saturday's PPs to watch the obnoxious celebrity program mangle the Derby into a media circus?
The Barbaro Special, A Nation's Horse will also air Derby night :
