Admire Moon shines in Dubai Duty Free |

 Japanese colt Admire Moon (6-1 odds) took over the turf at Nad Al Sheba, winning the 1 1/8 mile Group 1 Dubai Duty Free by about half a length over a rallying Linngari (36-1) from Ireland. Daiwa Major, also from Japan, (5-1) was third.
The winning time for the 1 1/8 mile was 1:47:94. Lava Man tracked a pace-setting Irridescence from second throughout most of the race, but was overtaken by the field as the final turn drew into the stretch. Lava Man was eased and finished last.
The winner paid 14.80. the exacta paid $169.50, and the trifecta was $902.10.
