Smarty Jones Bobblehorse bobbleheads were given away at Oaklawn Park on Monday, January 21st, 2007, when the racecourse also introduced the Smarty Jones Stakes for three-year-olds. The one-mile contest over dirt is named in honor of the horse who won the 2004 Arkansas Derby at Oaklawn, going on to win the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes before an upset loss to longshot Birdstone in the Belmont Stakes.
If you missed the give-away at Oaklawn, here's your second chance to get this very rare bobblehorse of the popular Thoroughbred hero! See all Smarty Jones Bobbleheads HERE

Smarty Jones is the latest Thoroughbred Bobblehorse bobblehead in a tradition of collectibles that began with Secretariat, and has included Triple Crown winners Affirmed and Seattle Slew; and Kentucky Derby winners Funny Cide and Spectacular Bid. What really makes the Smarty Jones bobblehorse stand out are his colorful blanket of gardenias and blue saddle cloth with his post position number from the Arkansas Derby - This one goes up to eleven. The sporty-looking racehorse also dons red-striped wraps on all four legs.
